I literally finished this wallpaper the other day. This is the full color version. Ironically enough I ended up preffering the mostly monochrome version. This is from my favorite anime movie, Perfect Blue. It doesn't get enough love in terms of wallpapers. My favorite scenes from the movie involve her vulnerable side showing. She stuck her head underwater in a bathtub and screamed to relieve some of her stress. Painted in Sai and edited in PSCS5. Textures used are native to my version of Sai. The scan is from google images.+Please do not redistribute
