The outfit looks great on her and I like how you shaded it.
The cafe/bar setting is well chosen, it highlights the outfit and creates a small "story" about it.
Hikari's pose is wonderful, it seems out of the moment, I like how she holds the other seat and has the plate close to her chest.
It appears like she is politely waiting to take the order.
The shading of her clothes is fantastic, it looks realistic and very soft, I like the collar and shoulder parts a lot.
The light setting creates an atmospheric warmth and underlines the cafe setting really well, I like the amount of atmospheric shadows and the brown tone. 
The lamps in the background add enough depth to continue the atmosphere and are dark enough to not distract from Hikari.
It's awesome how you used a lot of deep shadows and just a view lights to show parts of the stage, which make clear that it's a cafe, and still set the focus on Hikari.
Her shading is great, I like how she shines as the midpoint of the render.
Her hair seems soft and I like the mellow skin tone she has in the scene, it highlights the shine in her eyes.
The music adds a relaxed mood and it's really soothing to look with it at the render.
I like her outfit and how you used it, the render is great

She looks beautiful as ever, this uniform is super cute! And I love the lighting so soft and relaxing
