The Rules

~Payment by Paypal, in USD only.
~An invoice will be sent to you, including the paypal fee. I will not pay this.
~Payment must be received within 24 hours of end of the auction. Please make sure you actually have the money before bidding. I will not hold longer than 48 hours. After that, the adopt goes back up.
~DO NOT send payment before I have confirmed you have won the auction.
~Please do not hide or edit bids. This will result in being flagged by me against future adopts. If it happens a second time, you will be banned from any and all future auctions. No exceptions.
~If you commented on something mistakenly, do NOT hide or edit it (see above rule), simply reply to your own comment that it was a mistake and I will personally fix it.
~You may NOT change the original design elements (colours, markings, ears, eyes, wings, etc). Hair styles and lengths, however can be changed as you see fit and are subject to nature. IE short hair cannot magically be super long immediately, but cutting hair and small changes in length are fine. And you CAN change the elemental crystal shape!
~You may NOT resell the character unless you have discussed circumstances with me and you have my written permission.
~You MAY trade/gift your adopt as you like, but please make sure to tell me who the new owner is so I can keep track of the bab!
~You MAY re-upload my artwork to your gallery, but you MUST credit me for the art/design/species, and you may NOT remove my signature.
~Only the winner/buyer of an adopt has the right to use/repost my artwork either in their gallery or an off dA site, however all credit for the art/design/species MUST be given to me with links back to my profile, and you may NOT remove my signature.
~All my adopts are for non-commercial, personal use only.
~You MUST credit me for the design and species.
~You can chose the adopt's name, background, personality, clothing, powers, etc.
~Absolutely NO tracing or stealing of my art. Period.
~Do NOT claim my artwork as your own under any circumstances.
