It occurs to me (on one of my frequent "go back and look at pretty cakearts" visits) that I should point out that Immi is in a lot of ways the opposite of "one of my newest characters"
she's a revamping and partial redesigning of who would pretty likely count as my first ever OC. She is, infact, potentially near to 18 years old! more likely she's only 17 or 16, but she is definitely my oldest surviving OC. I had a roleplaying character or two created at around the same time, though none of them survived (except, as it were, one of them was the inspiration for the name B is short for, funny how these things go) and Immi herself went on somewhat of a hiatus around 11 years ago. Not to say she never turned up during the rest of the time, but she wasn't really full OC status during that period, but i never forgot about her.
She appeared in a few different settings, and she used to be not obviously cyborgish (though she did have datajacks akin to those in ghost in the shell, and there were hints of her augmented nature in some such settings.)
but she's definitely my "first OC" in the way most people mean it. I can recall pretty clearly when I was designing her, though I can't narrow it down to which year the scene takes place, I definitely have a timeframe. Her (cringeworthy) first online appearance is, interestingly enough, exactly 14 years ago today. I think I'd probably rather not show you the proof, cause it's very "bad old art" but it's definitely still online and still timestamped.
Anyway, she's kinda newish in this version. and B is definitely pretty new, because the bits of her that are old are quite small fragments compared to the new stuff, while Immi is a bit more of a complicated case.
