Description
When a young man discovers that he has been chosen to defend the world from chaos, he must not only harness the powers of Olympus's greatest heroes and deities, but also be learn to be a high-school teenager. He must learn how to become a hero through the mentorship of the Gods of Olympus to defend the city of Neopolis from Echidna, Mistress of Monsters, and her army of Tartarus monsters. He must also manage life as a Greco American teenager which includes keeping up with schoolwork, helping out at his family's restaurant and taking time to be with his best friends. The main characters are shown here:

Zander Drakos: Mild-mannered Greco-American teenage boy. He was chosen by the gods of Olympus to be their new champion and protect the world from the forces of chaos. He enjoys playing soccer, skateboarding, eating gyros, hanging out with friends and spending time with family. He chooses to keep his hero life secret so that no one knows and therefore, no one will be harmed.

Pantheon Watch: The source of the Olympian's power. By pressing two buttons, rotating it one quarter clockwise and then pressing down, he can transform into his heroic armor form. It allows him access the Ares's Arsenal, giving weapons like Achilles's sword, Perseus's shield and Odysseus's bow. He later achieves powers like Trident of Poseidon, Souls of Hades and Lightning of Zeus. It also acts as a communicator between Zander and Olympus and its a teleporter beacon, allowing him to open portals to and from Earth and Olympus.

Marco: The "Son of Cerberus". His faithful canine companion, given life from Persephone by using a few drops of Cerberus's blood. He's a superb tracker, gifted with divine senses of vision, hearing and smell, able to sense dark magic. He can also put up a good fight, skilled in combative uses of tooth and claw. In spite of being born a monster, he's really a loveable puppy, he transforms into two-headed monster state whenever there's danger nearby.

Iggy: The Mighty Phoenix. He was sent to Zander by Hera, to act as his eyes and ears in the sky. He soars over the city, searching for signs of evil, which Zander can see by using his watch. Whenever there's a fight brewing, he's quick to assist with sharp talons, hooked beak and fire breath. He can also merge with Zander's armor, giving him flight and heat beam projection powers.

Hipparchus: the Noble Steed. A classic yet efficient means of transportation for the Olympian. Waiting comfortably in the Elysian Fields until he is summoned to aid the Olympian in his heroic endeavors or just to hang out and ride around. He can travel between the different worlds thanks to his special bridle, but only Zander can ride on his back. As a means of saying thanks, Zander always gives him an apple or carrot as a special reward.

The first season shows him mastering the skills and weapons of Greek myth heroes. The second season lets him level up by learning to harness the powers of the Olympian gods. The 3rd-4th seasons show the Olympian going up against monsters from other mythologies, but he also gets help from other young heroes like the Norseman, the Desert Medjay and the Youxia.
