Description Friday, Dec. 23rd, 2011
This morning I was sitting drinking my usual morning coffee with *LadyAliceofOz and we began to hear the racket made by a flock of angry crows. I looked out the back door and saw our neighbors cat, Larry, about 30 feet up in their tree!
Now, Larry is not the sharpest blade in the box, I'm afraid. He's a good climber and all, but the boy bit off a bit more than he could chew this time.... He looks pretty serene here, but in a little while it was pretty obvious, he had no idea how he was going to get down.

My wife had a cat here years ago, she decided to go after a little black bird one spring. Turned out it was a baby crow, the mother and father crow had their way with her as she bolted for home here. She never bothered another bird the rest of her life!

Well, a cat's charter states that any situation they can get into their humans can get them out of I know this is true as I have real life cat charter experience. The aggravating thing is it is also in their charter that each and every cat can change the cat charter to suit each and every cats individual wants, needs and expectations Larry is just following the rules, yanno Attracting the attention of ANY human is in his charter--doesn't have to be *his* humans

Thanks Paulo, most the cats around here don't do that much tree climbing. Why, I don't really know... This was not a height that a full grown cat can jump from without possibly hurting themselves... maybe a younger one... but Larry is a bit old for that....
