You can do it if your redesign is more than 60% but the price shouldn't increase more than 60% of the price you paid too. Example, if you paid 25 usd, you can redesign and set maximum price in 40 usd.

I mean if I commission multiple pieces of this character, same design nothing changes, but I have like 7 more pictures from commissions. Could I sell the design for more because he'd at that point have 8pieces of art [your original + the 7 extra arts.]
