It's a scene of Kitty and John pursuing his TUFF villain OC Sharp Beak, who's flying away with sacks full of money after robbing a bank in hopes of paying for a procedure to become youthful again. Too bad they didn't bring Stan with them. He'd be a big help in tracking down that bad birdie!
But I'm sure they'll catch up to her sooner or later.
