Okay, now here's another one of Silverclaw's minions, the heavy weaponized paraplegic turtle soldier, Sgt. Shellshock.

With inspiration being drawn from:
-the military officer in the tank-like device from "The Angry Video Game Nerd Movie."
-The Soldier from "Team Fortress 2"
-Tokka from "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: The Secret of the Ooze"

Anyway, let's go over this guy, shall we?

Name: Sgt. Shellshock (real name: Allan Shellerton)

Species: Alligator snapping turtle

Height: originally 8'3", now he's 7'5"

Now, for his bio:
Before he became Sgt. Shellshock, he was once a US Army officer named Alan Shellerton, and was good friends with Kevin Gatorman during their time together in boot camp. After graduation, Kevin was promoted to gunnery sergeant, and Alan became part of his unit to serve in the Gulf War. While he was proud of his friend's accomplishment, Alan felt a little jealous of him inside because he deserved such a title as HE did. So, during the unit's deployment to the Gulf of Mexico, he secretly alligned himself with the terrorists that they were targetting, and was offered half a million dollars to take out his fellow soldiers for them. Then, the day came for the unit to stop the terrorists from sending in an unwanted disease to wipe out a small Mexican village. Once the time was right, Alan had his cohorts gun down Kevin's entire unit, and the two former friends began fighting it out. Luckily, one of Kevin's unit survived, and used C4 explosives to destroy both of Alan's legs, and burn his forearms. As a result of this, Alan was taken back to Camp Pennelton, and was court marshalled for his crimes. He was removed from the Army, and was sentenced to life in prison.
While in prison, Alan was given a machine that was built into the lower half of his body to help him move about, and two mechanical gauntlets to cover his burnt forearms since the burn practically disabled them. It wasn't long before Lady Brucinda went undercover as a prison guard, and busted Alan out of prison. Despite Alan being slow like his species, the escape was a success, and they arrived in New York City to meet up with her boss, Silverclaw. He was impressed that Alan betrayed his country, and offered him to join the Crimson Pincer Gang as part of his Relic Heroes Destruction Squad. After learning that Kevin had become part of the team that Shannon and Elwood formed to help them combat injustice, Alan accepted the offer. His mechanical attachments were enhanced to contain hi-tech weaponry, and the ability to hover for short periods of time, and Alan, now called Sgt. Shellshock, became a feared criminal on the streets of New York.

As for his personality, Sgt. Shellshock is pretty much an army officer gone beserk. He could care less about anyone who gets in his line of fire as long as he gets what he wants in the end. He also likes to make profits out of his crimes, which was another reason why he quickly signed up to join the Crimson Pincer Gang. But, if there's one thing Shellshock likes more than war and money, it's keeping his shell, and his mechanical parts shiny and clean. This is due to him suffering from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and it's so bad, that he sometimes waxes Silverclaw's silver claw (usually without his permission). Not to mention, he's pretty slow (as a turtle should be), which often makes him an easy target when on battle. But, Sgt. Shellshock is still a powerhouse criminal, and is willing to help Silverclaw conquer the nation of Leoporia any way he can.
