Bio:
Born in Alberta, Canada, Rick Ratisfy always had a fascination with plants, and had big dreams to be a famous gardener. Every day, he would help his parents in the garden, and would check out books about plants from the library to learn all about how to care for them, and what it takes to be a good gardener. After graduating from high school, Rick eventually went to Oxford University to continue his study of plants, and eventually graduated with a Master's Degree in Agriculture. He then moved back to Alberta to set up a greenhouse in his hometown where he continues to create interesting plants that the world hasn't seen before.
Rick thought his plants were so good, that he entered the town's local plant fair to test if his plants do end up in first place. However, they ended up in second place to an ordinary sunflower, which he thought that meant that he sucked. Enraged by this loss, he decided to make his plants be more beautiful with a special growth machine that he created in college to excellerate their growth, but all it did was make them grow into hideous monstrosities that could eat a furry in one gulp. One of these plants grew to be a mutant Venus flytrap called the Killer Flytrap, and Rick was horrified at what he created.
To make matters worse, Rick got attacked by one of the Killer Flytrap's vines, and he got his right hand in the ray he used to make his plants grow. This caused his DNA to fuse with that of the Flytrap, turning him into a terrifying hybrid of both rodent and vegetation. He then obtained the ability to control the plants and vegetation he grew, and his right hand, now comprised of bark, can spout seeds and spores. He then decided to use this to his advantage, and turned to a life of crime under the alias "The Plant Rodent," becoming a feared criminal throughout Canada. His crimes eventually got the attention of Ike Wolfeseke, the leader of the eco-maniacal organization known as the Mysterious Environmental Bio-engineering Organization, or M.E.B.O., and wanted Rick to infest the world with deadly plants making it inhabitable for everyone to live in. Rick accepted the offer, and became M.E.B.O.'s gardener for those deadly plants.
Rick was the second M.E.B.O. member that Team Katswell encountered on their quest to shut down the organization's eco-terrorism schemes. Rick's plant-themed crimes led Kitty and the others to Alberta, Canada, but after learning that his powers match those of another of the Team's foes, Nazura, John had to call Mary Willflower for her assistance like last time. However, as soon as they got to Alberta, Rick's goons had Mary kidnapped as soon as they left the airport. So, after some investigation, Kitty and the Team learned that under Ike's orders, Rick was planning to implant his special seeds into everyone in Canada, and turn them into plant/furry hybrids like him, with Mary as his test subject. So, while Kitty and the others were cooling down the heated areas the seeds needed to thrive, John was tasked with rescuing Mary before Rick could implant the seeds in her, resulting in a clash between the two. Afterwards, Rick was arrested, and was taken to Albatrazz Prison for his crimes, where he continues to plot his revenge against TUFF for crushing his dreams.

Personality & Traits:
Rick is a very ruthless and cunning criminal, and he cares very deeply for the plants he grows in his garden. He sees furry-kind as a menace to all plant-life, and after becoming a plant hybrid, he seeks to wipe them out and let plants florish in their stead. In combat, he may not be the most skilled fighter, but he'll do whatever it takes to protect his life's work, and is surprisingly a deadly foe to deal with.
Even Ike offered him to join M.E.B.O. in the first place, Rick still doesn't like the fact that he always uses his plants as part of his plans to contribute to global warming. However, the one person he hates with a burning passion is Nazura, since she has the same abilities to control plants as he does. The two plant wielders have fought numerous times, and even though they're both equally powerful, Nazura still manages to one-up him. This has made Rick very jealous of her criminal success, and he tries harder to get the best of her.
But, Nazura's not the only thing he hates. Rick also has a deep hatred for insects, seeing how they tend to make plants their homes and sources for food. This was most prominent when a colony of termites made his bark hand their home, and it was very irritating to him. He couldn't do anything with his hand for six days, leaving him to write with his left hand. Yet, despite these mishaps, Rick still tries to be a powerful foe, and vows to make the Earth into a plant filled paradise for himself.
