He looks very similar to Benny - perhaps its his crazy smirk or something! Fallout New Vegas is such a great game - not as good as Fallout 3 - but still unbelievably addictive and fun.

Ahahaha Pre-War Bonnet for the win! I always played as female characters, and dressing them up in Power Armour was never as exciting as dressing a male character in ladies clothes. I did eventually start a new character once the Game of the Year came out and that involved my playing as a Hispanic male - and once I found some Sexy Sleepwear, that was it. XD
