His heart continuned to pound, he could barely breathe, as she opened her eyes and saw familiar bare feet and leggings bound to calves, even if the clothing was coated with a fine pattern of frost. Her gaze then travelled higher, to hands, shirt, waistcoat, and familiar woolen cloak which were also graced with frost.
She then stared at where her hands had grabbed fistfulls of cold cloth, with tears of joy running down her face because sheΒ knewΒ that this figure before her was her brother... And then, at last, she looked up at his face.
She gasped, letting go of his shirt and stumbling backwards away from him, and Jack's expression softened with regret at her reaction to his hair and eyes.
He sighed.
"Yeah, I've changed a bit, but I'm still me... I'm still the brother you played hopscotch with every day."
Emily was still staring, and then new tears spilled over and she threw herself forward to cry into the front of his shirt.
"Jack!"
Jack crouched down to hold her, tears of his own welling up and freezing into glittering pebbles of ice that fell away.
"I'm here, Emily."

Oh boy, you have NO IDEA how much I love this fic. 8'I It's basically an AU in which Jack remembered his past life after being brought back as Jack Frost, and that chapter had me in TEARS (specially if you follow the author's advice and listen to Jamie Believes while reading it).
I just have a lot of feels for Jack's little sister okay *lies down and sobs*
And the title's a reference to this equally heart-breaking song .

Technically, Jack's sister doesn't have an official name; so there are tons of variations to her name, such as Emma (the most widely used, but of which I'm not a huge fan of personally), Emily (one of my favourites, which is used in this fic), Mary (another one of my favourites, because it's named after William Joyce's late daughter, Mary Katherine, and because Joyce also has a son named Jack).... And many others.

I got it from the fact that most of the fandom either calls her Pippa or Emily. I liked Emily more, so I used that

That comes from the end credits, where it lists Jack's sister and Jamie's friend Pippa (girl with the hat) as having the same voice actor. There's no official name for Jack's sister, but most of the fandom either calls her Pippa or Emily. I chose to use Emily

Nope; his sister doesn't officially have a name. Pippa is the name of Jamie's friend, the one with the hat and who said "I hit Cupcake!"
They only share the same voice actress, hence the confusion.
