Gute Frage. Ich bin der Meinung, dass es nicht darauf ankommt, unter welchen Umständen man gut ist, sondern aus welchem Grund man gut sein will. Was zählt ist das Ziel, nicht der Weg, wie man dorthin kommt.
Jeder Idiot kann böse sein, aber um gut zu sein, braucht man Intelligenz. ^^
(trotzdem kann ich mich nicht entscheiden!! ^^)

I don't own Skyrim that long, so I never saw him in Skyrim myself.
But I'm SO EXCITED! There are so less friendly Dragons in games... And I HATE killing, because I LOVE them D:
However Alduin (<3) looks more Badass then Paarthurnax

Don't be too obsessed with appearances, he just "looks" like a badass. 
They are totally mindless, got no wisdom or brainpower, act like a four years old kid and all they say is: "Kill! Destroy!! I am evil! Destroy! Kill!".
Paarthurnax is different. Maybe he doesn't look as cool as Alduin, but he dares to use his brain and start to think about issues, about himself, what he has done, what is right or wrong or... what ever.
"Badboy" Alduin and his brainless followers however are like: "I don't use my brain and i never will, i don't have to i 'm evil, damnit! Kill! Destruction! Whaaaa!"

I think it's not fair, why do all Evil Dragons look so amazing, but act so... foolish? (Well, your words were better!)

Alduin's Appearance + Paarthurnax Brain and Soul = OMG THAT WOULD BE AWESOME!
Don't get me wrong, I'm not THAT obsessed with appearances. Well, maybe xD
But after all it's Norm. Evil dragons are fierce, dark and sometimes very spiky and good are looking wise, old, calm and more even.

Hmm, it's a debatable point. I think they are cool, not least because they are persecuted by Thalmor "fascists". ^^ It sounds reasonable to me that Paarthurnax have to pay for what he has done, but i feel pity for him.
