Yes, I use Photoshop 7 and 5 LE. I made a pencil sketch, scanned it and then colored it.

I like drawing with pencil and paper a lot more than using a graphics tablet. I have to get a scanner as well

Yes, it is much easier. But my scanner is SUX! That's why I prefer drawing using computer. I will draw this pic using ink later.
