gmod (actually called Garry's Mod) is a game from Steam (look it up at steam.com). its a 'sandbox' style game, in which you use various weapons, tools and maps from other steam games you may have to pose or interact with various models (NPC's can move and have programming to walk and move and stuff on their own. Ragdolls [which all the ponies are] are posed and stuff all by you. then you can screenshot and voila you got a pic like this one. you need the steam .exe from steam.com to get it, and you need to buy it and the game half-life 2 for it to work because garry's mod works off of half-life 2's engine. hence the name mod, and the face it was made by a guy named garry.
