Ok, here we go-
Nebula- You shouldn't be taking you nebula's from stock photos of clouds. I would recomend brushing them your self. Second of all, the edges are way too flat on the edges. It's quite obvious that they were taken from photos. Also, if you're doing a nebula like that, it would look nice if there weren't stars outside the cloud. (if you dontk now what I'm talking about, see some of ~Eclipse-CJ3 's stuff.
Planets- Needs a little work. The textures are a little dull and it look like you can see the stars through it.
Star field- way too noisey. Needs a lot more variation. I would recomend you look at some tutorials by either * alyn or *sirgerg .
Transition- Way too quick. The transition from atmosphere to space should be smooth. It should be a blue fade to black. Not a blue, black.
Other notes- What are the two black dots at the bottem?
You've got pottential (did I spell that right?) you've just got to improve your skills.
