My entry for the contest over at So. I put Rose and the Doctor in my current favorite movie, Howl's Moving Castle. (Yes, I have read the books.) I was torn between Nine-as-Howl and Ten-as-Howl, but I decided on Ten because... well... *hee* I just had an easier time picturing him spazzing over the hair incident.I don't own Howl's or DW, I really think it'd be obvious if I did.

Agreed, book is wonderful as well as the movie (though I actually like the movie better, guess I'm just a sucker for anime)

I like! ^_^ Howl's Moving Castle has always been one of my favorite books. I mean, I like the anime as well, but the book will always have an oh-so-special place in my heart.

Thanks, and I totally agree. I love the sequel (I love just about everything she writes... xD) But the first is the one that I take with me on vacation. Xp (I'm working on your pic, I swear, I've just got a back-log of stuff I was drawing.... when I wasn't supposed to be drawing stuff.

Heh. Don't worry about it too much. I (quite shamefully) admit that I've drawn nothing more than a random little (incomplete) sketch for more than 3 weeks. Christmas shopping and worrying about shipping deadlines has made me stupid and uncreative. But I shall try my hardest to get back into the swing of things soon! ^__^
So you've read her other stuff too? How much of it? There are several books of hers that I adore, and "Howl" might not even be my favorite one. Sadly, I never seem to run across fan art for "Hexwood" or "Dark Lord of Derkholm", and I think I'm the only person in the world who's read and enjoyed "Fire and Hemlock".

hmm. That would have made a lot more sense if 'd ever watched any Doctor Who at all. >_> Someday I must remedy this situation. First, though, I need to finish Battlestar Galactica (which has strong female characters and hot guys who occasionally wander around in nothing more than towels! short towels! Also, it has explosions! Hooray!)
