Oh damn, this turned out pretty neat!Anyways, this is my fan-navi who will be in So exciting~ So I had to draw him. Still not 100% sure on his powers yet, so call this brainstorming!

I actually had 3-4 fan navis but the other ones were more like bad guys and bvkdsbvdskjvsb I had like a fancharacter for every Megaman series 'cept the Original/Legends/Starforce series
