They're little flowers/leaves from a stock of origami paper by ~Geek-Stock : [link]Included in the .zip are:
3 GIMP animated brushes (.gih) of maple leaves, chrysanthemum, round flowers
22 individual, regular brushes (.gbr) of each leaf/flower in the animated brushes
22 .png versions of those
Sizes range from about 170px to 270px in width, most are slightly rectangular.

Hey! Is this is a GIMP, does it mean I can't open it nor use on Photoshop?

The brushes are GIMP and won't work in Photoshop, but I think you -can- use the .pngs in the download to make Photoshop brushes. I don't know how to myself, but I'm sure there's a tutorial somewhere on dA.

You shouldn't use other people's stock to make other resources, a lot of stock providers do not allow this. But since my stock account is unrestricted, I'll let it slip this one time. I normally don't allow it because I want to put creativity above anything else.
Be sure to read people's terms of use before you use resources.
