All this past month i decided to join a challenge called Kaijune, the name is selfexplanatory lel.
I created a new kaiju each day (sort of), and also decided to reuse some of my really old characters now as monsters. They're Dynamork, Nocabun, Bachitsu, Rosmarus and Notumaris (you'll see the other ones in the next parts).
Some were inspired by vintage kaiju stuff, mostly toys and other old american things like comics and sci-fi pulp magazine illustrations. Other of the main inspirations was a card game about kaiju called Pachimon, maybe some of you remember when I drew those monsters years ago, mostly the "giant monster destroying a city" scenarios. I also took the idea of giving them menacing titles inspired by old monster movie posters, to make it funny, considering how weird-dumb some of them look like.
Anyway, this was prompt list of this page:
