I'd thank Dann for this one, also my man; I gave you some descriptions of Rika, Mikoto and Kazumaki, and also my new one that is Kazuki, feel free to do them if you want fam. She's no doctor though, only a nickname this shy schoolgirl never asked for from her sister nor friends. The twins' casual outfit seen is a long/short sleeve polo-shirt, wrist watch (classic ones or digital), and long pants with doll shoes or rubber shoes.

Alternate one is a normal length shirt with a short skirt/pants and leggings, instead wearing slippers or sandals and often seen with their hoodie. On their school outfit, Pepper and Rika often or sometimes folding the sleeves of their uniform or using a shirt with a sweater on (the school she and her sister attending to is in Tokyo so they have this kind of style for their uniform).
