Ok, if you're sure.
Then usually an adult human is around 8-10 heads tall. Depending on stature and gender. But in anime people do tend to have large heads so I guess 6-8 heads tall would do ok for a teen female.
The average eyes of a human are around one eye apart.
The hand size is always from crown (the middle of the forhead and the part that sticks out the most on your forehead) to chin. The feet are always bigger than the hands so think about it.
It's impossible to turn your feet that way as well ^__^
