Yeah, Kitty's the secondary protagonist on the Nickelodeon show "TUFF Puppy," and is considered the ONLY likeable character on the show by most people who watch the show (myself included). She's smart, strong, has a decent sense of humor, and has qualities that make her a good role model. But, the show constantly pushes her aside in favor of the main character, a retarded, childish, obnoxious mutt named Dudley Puppy (who is voiced by Jerry Trainor, aka Spencer from "ICarly").
So, yeah. There's a PRETTY good reason why you've never heard of her.
