I had a 1957 Chevy 235-Six in the '54 Chevy Step Van which I owned for 16 years! It was a strong and reliable engine! It idled so smoothly you could have probably set a glass of water on it without it spilling or sliding off!

I bet Chevy never expected the Corvette to become such an iconic car, but I'm glad they made it. It's a beautiful machine.
