I decided to make 2 Vectors of my OC's; Blackout and Racket

Name: Racket
Special Talent: Being Loud and making everything around her Louder
Other Talents: Doesn't give up easily, Like to make things Explode, knows a lot about explosives and beating other ponies up for insulting her
Weaknesses: Reading, Writing, Anything that can't be solved with "MORE EXPLOSIVES"

Fun Fact(s): Racket only knows Two spells, Telekinesis (Moving things around), And an Amplifying spell that can make ANYTHING Louder (It doesn't just have to be sound). Whilst growing up she didn't get an education and never learned to read and write, instead she was taught to Curse, Steal, Hurt and Break anything she wanted. Her parents called her Racket because she wouldn't stop screaming and Crying when she was born.

TLDR: She's a Raider who can makes things move around, or make them Louder. Her parents were A-Holes
