Hmm.. It definitely stands out from the other graffiti. We already know that the Surge Protector is behind the mess, but I don't think he, or even Turbo, would draw something that disturbing.

The feelings I have when I see this graffiti is a mix one. It's disturbing because you can see how the Turbo's affair became a "myth" in the mind of the Game Central's population. Turbo or "Go Turbo" is a synonym of rebellion, so, someone draw this for this meaning. In the same time, the design is really creepy. Maybe that show the reality behind the character. Not cute, after all!
