Many people refers to this meme… but I feel it's just well known for some people but not enough to be a global reference. It's me, it's just my personal opinion but when I saw Double-Dan the first time, it's was obvious to me that he represents an anthropoid version of a computer worm!

Are you sure? I'm pretty sure the creators initially wanted to make this as Double-Dan disney.fandom.com/wiki/File:Do… but when there was the possibility to make a flesh monster who live in a dark lair they took the opportunity to make one of the most obscure memes that only 2010 peoples will remember re-watching this film and think at what the heck internet was!

As you said, it's really an obscure reference. Personally, I never heard about that before people compare Double-Dan with this. Maybe you're right. Or maybe not. We have no confirmation from the animators. Why I'm not agree with that it's because is not the first time in my life that I saw a similar character like Double-Dan. Like, it's really easy to imagine a talking worm! The movie hide a lot of references but they are very well-known, I means well-known enough to be understand by people of many age or outside of USA! It's talk about global culture of Internet. That is the other point why I find this reference too, too much obscure.
But, this is my opinion. You are free to be not agree with me.

here's another question about the movie the first film made a big deal about how going turbo is a bad thing but when vanellope does it nobody bats an eye what are your thoughts about this

Going Turbo is not just means you go in another game. It's means you go in another game (during the arcade open hours! Unthinkable!!) in the goal to do a bad thing, especially to control it or destroy it. In the World of WIR, it's not forbidden to go in another game. Remember the advice from Sonic: It's possible to go in another game but with your own risks: some games are very dangerous… and you can be killed. It's very subtle.
If Going Turbo just means to go in another game, nobody could be allow to go at Tapper! Nobody couldn't be invite at the 30th anniversary of Felix! The Bad-anon reunion will be never happen! Even in the end of the movie, when Vanellope turned in a princess, she invite Ralph to LIVE in her game! And what about Calhoun and Felix's life?! So, going Turbo is more than just game jumping.
Vanellope did the right thing: She asked permission to live in Slaughter Race. She was accepted by the other characters who were integrated her code in the game. She never took control or planned to destroy it. Because she KNOW she a playable character among other, her absence have no consequence on Sugar Rush. That the BIG DIFFERENCE between her and Turbo. So, in my point of view, Vanellope's evolution was natural. Many shocked people claim: Vanellope go Turbo! What a shame!! BOOO!!.....but no. That is my thoughts!
