Description
here we have an ozcura in an arena like setting.
this ozcura was wandering around a pocket of dense trees looking for something to eat.
oblivious, that this poor creature is too close to a small community which is claimed by the kingdom of Naft.
spotted by one of the outer-colony patrols the ozcura is subdued and captured.
the creature is then transported within the walls of the kingdom where her fate is to be decided.
Naft high ranking council decides to put her in the "exhibition".
the "exhibition" is an event where non-humans and human traitors/criminals are killed off by a treacherous courses or forced to fight and be slayed by naft warriors.
Not only did this provide exciting entertainment but much revenue was collected as well, not only by the kingdom from outsiders but the vendors within and outside that provide food/souvenirs to the viewing public.
the kingdoms government benefits in that it can exhibit the strength of its trained warriors.
the warrior themselves too benefit, by winning and providing great showmanship, the warrior can gain popularity not only amongst the public but can get the attention of the High council and even the Queen.
In this example the ozcura is released within the arena.
one of Naft's maidens chosen by the queen enters shortly after.
unlike most of her chosen comrades this particular maiden embraced her military lifestyle, and unlike most others she has passed her trials, completed her special forces training and is ready for battle.
she will show what a true Naft warrior can do.
here the Naftketeer enters unarmored and holds a rapier and main gauche in her hands.
the ozcura was confused by the chain of events that have led her to this arena.
seeing this human who has entered this "pit" with her puts her on edge and in a defensive mindset.
as the Naft warrior mockingly stood there, the ozcura decides to attack this the weak human and get it out of the way to quickly find a way out of there.
as the ozcura charged close, the warrior takes a swift aggressive step followed by a quick thrust, skewering the creature in the chest by the rapier piercing her lung.
before the ozcura can react to the pain and get herself out of the dangerous situation she is then swiftly stabbed on the side of the neck by the main gauche.
the warrior releases the the creature from her sword and dagger as the limp body falls to the ground bleeding profusely.
with one foot stomped on the quickly dying creature, the warrior takes off her hat and bows to her queen viewing from the upper area of the pit. as cheers and applause ring out for the assertive and dominant warrior's quick victory and slaying of the creature.

very violent this one.
poor ozcura was just looking for food as any other creature would when it is hungry. a life has seized to continue that day, an ozcura who maybe not have been such a bad ozcura
