Illustration two! Rusty's awake, and not terribly happy about it. Damn alarm.

Wanted to practice interiors with this one, but I ended up haveing so many problems drawing Rusty that I'm going to have to redesign him a bit. Even just in this shot, I've altered some of the markings a bit to make them work from the side. Before I do any more, I'm going to see if I can update my reference for him.

I'm also kinda not happy with my current way of doing shading/coloring. It's sort of working here, but when I get to the forest I'm going to have to work out a better way of doing it. And probably for a few pieces before that.

I'm going on a road trip this weekend, and when I get back I have commissions to do, so no more Warriors for a while. But after that, I'll be going for the new Rusty/Firepaw reference,and maybe a few other characters. The references are fun.
