I noticed I haven't done anything with my own "canon" FemShep couple... so I decided to make something I wish would have been in ME3. When you meet your partner from the previous game(s) and confirm that you want to continue with them, it's still a very long wait to have another intimate moment together (well, besides the DLC..). I would have liked the possibility to invite Shep's confirmed partner to the cabin for some "quality time" together, a bit like in ME2. I bet my Shep missed all those times she sat on Garrus' lap, even though the pose in ME2 looked a bit awkward. After all those months isolated from your love... I know I wouldn't be able to control myself so well and wait until the final push. Maybe I'm just that much weaker than they are

Yeah, I really thought that ME3 especially handled the romances poorly; rather than acting like you were actually in a relationship with the LI, you just got a few dialog options with them followed by a sex scene prior to the final battle that just felt like a reward for inputting the correct button sequence. Certainly it did not give the impression of being with someone that you'd loved for the past several years (Liara and Ash/Kaidan) or most of the year (everyone else).
And that's not getting into just how screwed FemShep was in the relationship department.
Dragon Age handled relationships much better.

Yeah, it would have been nice to have more intimate moments with the LI in the core game, just to make it feel like they really are in a relationship. Now it felt more like two exes hoping to warm up their relationship but not really doing anything about it until they realize there might not be tomorrow. Well, I guess you could roleplay it as such...
At least the Citadel DLC had some nice moments with the LI. Too bad it was just the last DLC.

Hopefully, they'll do more in that regard in Andromeda so that relationships don't feel quite so tacked on.
