Personality: Playful and flirty especially towards two of her teammates.
Weapon: Compact belt fed ice dust light machine gun.
Semblence: Freezes anything she touches.
Strengths: Immune to cold, good hand-to-hand combat abilities when her machine gun isn't an option.
Weakness: Her overly flirty personality can be a distraction to her and her team. Can't stomach taking a human life.

Fair enough. But Rakella is a prankster - She'd totally exploit that for her own amusement (variations of "lets make them jelous!" - or loud proclamations of "You like WHO!?" - etc. Anything to make her victim(s) blush! 
But that is Rakella all over - she does it to her own team-mates too. Heck, in her design, her shirt is "borrowed" from some guy she was teasing!
