This has been sort of my collective warmup for the past couple of days. Sometimes I like to think about how the Sky Herder kids would look if they were in a modern setting, which is good fun to draw too.Β Also, the Peraccu got temporarily turned into dogs for this pic. No flying, but yay puppies!Also, comic pages are moving forward, slowly but steadily. I guess I'm kind of doing them in a cluster rather than one at a time. Haven't decided if I'll be uploading them in a group, or staggering them.Β Probably going to stagger them so I can work on new pages between uploads. :> What's the norm for webcomics, a page a week? Yeah, that seems alright.

The dogs are so cute, and I really like all the different outfits they're wearing as well, such details *u*
Also yeah personally I can't keep up with any web comic that updates too often u @ I tend to wait for weeks and read them in a group myself.

Oh golly, puppies!!
I really like the translation from their world to the modern world, but how you still incorporated elements from the Sky Herder world into the piece (for some reason, the bag really sticks out for me). And Meir with all the bandages just puts a smile on my face XD
It's usually a page a week. At least that's what I've seen.

Thank you! ^^ And yeah, I did a whole prop sheet a while back of bags for this project, so making that match the project design is easy. XD And I imagine Mier would need a lot of band-aids on a pretty regular basis. XD

I saw this on your tumblr hoho (because Im stalking you there too) 8D XD I love it that youve put them in a modern enviroment, its super cool to see them like this! And I love the over all feel, it make me nostalgic (in a good way) to see them at this bus stop.

I'm more of an airplane/airport person myself. I get carsick, so road travel has never been my favorite. Though I prefer a bus to a boat at least. XD

Ive only been flying 2 times in my entire life, so Ive only been at airports 4 times, personally I still find them intimidating. I cant help but to be super nervous when they scan my stuff, and when I have to weigh in my luggage and when I have to walk through the customs and when the dogs sniff my bags, even if I know I have nothing bad with me, I still feel like something could happen. And also when they check my papers. Its nerveracking! XD

Lol, I've flown many, many times, so I'm used to it. I'm pretty pro at getting through security. Except for the time I left a pocket knife in my purse. >_< I didn't get in trouble, they just took it away. Which was a bummer, because I liked that knife. XD
Oh, but my mom did get stopped one time because they thought she had a hand gernade in her bag... so that happened. XD

Haha wow. Well I have had the badest of luck! flown 2 times and got stuck in the security 3 friggin times! First time I flew they got me on the way back (a stern german woman searching through my whole bag) and second time I flew they caught me in the.. eeer.... "beeping doorframe" (XD) in Sweden on my way out and then they wanted to search my bag on the way back again! Guuh. Β

Lol, nice. XD Oh that's like, when I was in Japan, my brother got "random security checked" five times. Every single time we were in an airport they picked him for random checks. XD

Yeah, I guess he just looks shady to Japanese people. But it was funny because eve when we were in line next to the muscley white guy with a shaved head and full arm tattoos, it was still my brother who got stopped. XD

I love that you added in elements of modern culture without taking away their own. Also the graffiti on the bench and sign, and the bandages on Mier. XD Little details like that are the best.
