My tablet is working again thanks to a new cable! So to celebrate, I broke in the new cord with my favorite children's story/fictional character- Peter Pan! I'd been meaning to do a picture for a couple of days now because I just recently found out that there's going to be a new Pan movie next year and I am super excited about it! I don't know how many of you know it, but it's a dream of mine to someday work on a project for this story. Either to illustrate the original, or do my own, or just whatever. I've got a little idea somewhere in the back of my head for an off-shoot kind of story, and I've had this design for Peter for quite a while now, which I doodle from time to time. Though his age is always different depending on how I feel that day. I can't ever decide exactly how old/young to make him. :/

Painted this a bit differently than how I normally work. I've done it before, but not enough to be really comfortable with it yet, since its kind of the opposite of how I normally draw/paint. But I'd like to continue working in this method for later pictures so that I can get a better handle on it.

Also, brownie points if you get the joke in the title. ;D

Peter Pan is... well actually the copyright for this story is some kind of crazy. I think technically it's kind of public property now, but I'm not really sure, since GOSH has that weird perpetual copyright thing, but it's not a normal copyright and, I dunno. It's weird.
