Dr. Doofenshmirtz's own college. Doofenshmirtz University.Oddly enough, got the idea a few months ago during a game of MASH.
I wanted to put this idea in a fanfic, but because I've been lagging in my writing and I couldn't think of a story to put this in, I decided to simply draw it.
Yes this drawing thing has really come in handy for ideas I really need get out, but don't have the time to write.
(I guess the book could also read: Evil for "Doofies". Considering that "doof" is German for "idiot").
