I prefer Venator-Class Star Destroyers (The Republic ones) But the Imperial Star Destroyers are so iconic.

Ah! Yeah, the Venators are cool. I especially like their duality as squadron carriers as well. But I'm personally more of a traditionalist. ISDs for the win for me!

Venators are actually pretty all-purpose, and, believe it or not, are actually superior. The turbolasers on the side double as a point-defense systems for taking out small ships, the hangar bay is more efficent, they still have other broadside-firing cannons/turbolasers for capital-ship-to-capital-ship, they have TWO bridges, one the main bridge, the second a battle brigde which can double as a backup if the main is take out. They can also land on the ground.... There's a lot. But I respect your opinion~
Honestly it makes me wonder why the Rebel alliance didn't use Ventators (well, we know why, they weren't created yet, but, like, is there any canonical reason?)
