OK SO: bad words fyi and spoilers or whatever, if u dont know about silver and paul.So, i came up with this cause i rofl'd at all these coments on youtube videos of paul, saying he was SUCH a complex character, cause he actually has a backstory of WHY hes such an A** hole.
but srsly. that whole reason sux. and them pkmn people were too lazy to pull a new rival outa their butt so they used 'mimic' and changed the silver rival.
But dont get me wrong, i do sorta like paul, but his whole character doesnt make sense. I luv asshole characters, but like, suckish backstory plz.
And this is Silver from pkmn special; and in my opinion hes not REALLY a jerk, jus an anti social kid with a lot of problems. dam his life sux...but i <3 that character tehe.
and yeh, PERHAPS i spent a little more time drawing silver (if u can tell XD) but, then again, its jus a little sketch i did on the comp using paint.

the real reason Paul has such an attitude isn't because his brother lost to brandon, Its because he gave up. paul looked up to reggie.

Yeah i know thats why, but i still find a weak reason to be a complete jerk about everything, maybe train really hard to do his best, but lk, where did he get the idea, 'my pkmn will be stronger if i treat them relly badly' lol. but i guess thats just my opinion

He thinks they'll become weak if they're spoiled. He doesn't treat them really bad anymore.
I just heard that there's going to be a one hour special about Brock and Dawn next year. I don't see why they can't expand on Paul's history too..
Who knows, maybe they'll give Paul a chance? Hopefully? I dunno.

yeh i hope they do more with paul but; for his character-i would have liked him if he was more original and had a better backstory, so for me, its still silver FTW.
idk i dont think im doing a good job of explaining myself and view on paul.. <: )
but the main reason i dont like paul is because hes so arrogant about himself and his strength, which makes him so irksome to like.

he may be arrogant, but I don't hate him for it. its who he is. It doesn't make him a terrible person or an axe murder. doesn't mean he deserves to die like some say.
I think there are more arrogant people out there than him. I think he's really good inside.
sorry for getting so defensive over Paul. I see more in him than most people. I feel crazy for having so much faith and love for someone who isn't even real.

uhh, axe murderer? lol. uhm, yeh, well theres different kinds of arrogance, and his type jus irks me. lk theres a gary oak type, which i find is as funny as hell, but sometimes i jus wanna slap paul. idk theres no way to explain exactly why i have that kinda mentality, preference, whatever. it just is.
i don wanna offend you about paul, but thats jus how i feel.
