Contest prize for Padparadscha101 of their character Red Ocean! I am so, so sorry it took this long to finish, I got very art blocky in the middle of it. >.<

I got kinda lazy with some of the fish and definitely the sea turtle, but overall I'm really happy with this background! The different textures on the coral was really fun.
