i mean... we're all constantly unlearning things like sexism/homophobia/racism/colonialism etc. but like... to say that because we were cultured in a society that has/teaches us those things... that it's okay??? is?? weird??? like... racism is Always bad. Period. what's not bad is recognizing that people are different and appreciating that or watever... like... not hard... like... thats not racism LMAO

unfortunately everyone is racist
it's just depends on how people use it.
Offensive or Non-Offensive.
We all use it some manner at certain points.

Idk. Being racist is like smoking, in my opinion. You can stop being it, and just because you've smoked once or twice, doesn't mean you're a smoker. It just means that: you've smoke once or twice. And certain situations can be like you're being racist or make people think you're being racist, when in fact you're not. For example, my mother has a traditional dress that she wears when going to traditional events. Since she's a white blonde american, a lot of foreigners and SOME of those people from that culture that the dress is from think shes culturally appropriating. And of course, without context that would make sense.
But here's with context: My father is FROM that country that those dresses are from, and so my mom wants to wear those dresses in order to respect his and my part of culture, because we have to wear those dresses as well. But many people will call her racist either way. :/
So it really depends. We do all say or do something racist, but just because we do it doesn't automatically make it racist.
(And I'm not angry, just really made me think.

I get what ya mean. I understand. I honestly think there's a line for like joking and offense. This is probably aimed more towards offense since I've heard mostly racial slurs and jokes in a humorous manner. But the ones that mean offense with racial hate are more of a concern than the ones of mere humor/joking manners.
