Accompanying the recent pin-up I did of Emmy Lou Brown (shown here ), this is an image that, honestly, has kind of been in my head for a while, regarding her against another steroid-induced juggernaut (Bane) and which one is actually stronger. I think this image makes it pretty clear which side I'm on. Granted, the episode "Critters" doesn't see Emmy performing any feats of strength that Bane couldn't also do. And the whole "beef steroids" explanation for her power is only SLIGHTLY less sci-fi than Bane's Venom. But the fact that Emmy was able to single-handedly rein in all of Farmer Brown's mutated livestock says (at least to me) that while she may not give a Kryptonian any sleepless nights, she's still more than capable of hogtying someone at Bane's level.
