For those of you who've already seen this, this is a revised version of my original submission. I touched up the faces so I think it looks quite a bit better.This picture is actually an idea that I wanted to see appear in one of my fanfics, but I just couldn't come up with an idea that would fit. It basically revolves around Kim and Ron doing an interview and a photo shoot for a magazine and then that article gets stumbled across by somebody, kicking off...well, I don't know. Told you I didn't have an idea that worked.
Anyway, the image is more or less the way I wanted it to look, but for a slight tweak. My original vision was to have this picture formatted as a magazine cover (I was thinking "Humans & Their Friends, the same publication that featured an unknowing Kim on their cover in Part One of "Graduation), but I soon realized my intro was too long-winded for that. So I altered my approach and instead made it into a title spread that magazines typically throw in to kick off their articles. All in all, I'd say things worked out fairly well and I hope everyone likes what they see.

The idea for an article is a good one. Would you have any objections to someone else taking the idea and developing it into a written piece? By the way, I think you Kim Possible fan fictions are great.

Hey, if someone can take that idea and run with it, come up with good interview questions and ways that Kim and Ron would answer, I say, more power to them. I'd even put a link to it in the pic descriptions. Just make sure that this quote gets included...
Also, glad you like my KP fics. I'm hoping to get back into them when I do my next pair, particularly with my next story, "Knock Offs".

Well, believe me, that's a lovely suggestion. The truth is that actually most of my stories are one shots. Having said that, though, I still don't really have anything other than a vague concept and nothing to really build on it. I don't even know who I would have had reading the article (I was thinking Drakken, but I don't know what his reaction would be). The only thing I really had fleshed out were a couple of the pictures in the photo spread and a couple of notable quotes. You know, those kinds of quotes you pull out of the interview and add as text to the photos on the spread as a grabber to compel you to actually read the article. One such quote comes with a photo of Kim and Ron holding each other close and moving in for a kiss, their lips hovering just millimeters away from each other...
"Kissing is a very big part of our relationship. If you see us and we're not kissing at least once, you know something's not right."
Anyway, so glad you liked the pic. Hopefully, you've had a chance to enjoy my other works (as well as the fanfics they're based on), just as much.

Well, I certainly try to do my best. After all, I want the picture to look like what it's supposed to look like.
As for your Kim marrying Ron argument, though, to be fair, Kim wouldn't be the first woman to keep her name after marriage. Celebrities do it all the time. Besides, since Ron finally started living up to what his name was supposed to be a play off of (UNstoppable) at the end of "Graduation", I wouldn't worry too much about it. But that's me. If you're not a Kim/Ron fan, though, you might want to avoid my fanfics.

Well, I won't get into Graduation and the deus ex machina of Ron's Powerup, when the Writers could have been actually having him been, y'know, maturing into his MMP during
the 4th season ("Oh where are my monkey powers when I need them?!") instead of keeping him as the Joke Butt-monkey.
I am a Kigo shipper, thanks to how the Writers fouled up their relationship with a a very poor foundation. I'm a sex and relationship therapist so I'm very critical on the subject. I'd have little hopes for any real couple who come to me with their history, of having a happy life together as anything more than friends. Seriously, you don't want me to deconstruct their relationship.
But that doesn't keep me from enjoying a well composed and written story regardless of the pairing, just as I hope my writing skills would be enjoyed by anyone not into Kigo. Or Kibo. Or both.

Well, when it comes to matters of differing opinion, I don't like to go out of my way to tell people that they're wrong in what they think. Nothing gets solved that way. So I generally prefer to just agree to disagree and leave it at that.
I will say though that I do think Kim and Ron's romance could have stood a lot more development in Season 4 than what we ended up getting (and believe me, you're hardly the first person I've come across who's made that comment). While things did kind of heat up a LITTLE bit between them about two-thirds of the way through, there were a lot of potential opportunities in Season 4 (both with Kim and Ron's relationship and with Ron in general) that the writers largely squandered. Opportunities that I've been trying to compensate for in a lot of my KP fics. So if you truly wish to check them out, like I say, they're posted on fanfiction.net. I hope you like what you see.

Do yourself a favor, though. You're better off scrolling straight down to the bottom, where my story list is. My Profile contains synopses of where things are at in each of my series (both Danny Phantom and Kim Possible) and said synopses do contain spoilers. So if you don't want that, you're better off avoiding it. Incidentally, here's the order my stories were written in so reading them will make the most sense to you.

I don't know, there's just something about this pic that got lost in the translation from pencil drawing to hard image. I wanted them to appear enthusiastic in this picture, but there's just something about them that just seems too wild-looking. I just can't quite put my finger on where I missed the mark with this one (something about it looks off, but I can't quite figure out what). Maybe when I do, I'll touch it up a bit and it'll be a better product.

Very nice, pic, Aaron. Permit me to make a constructive critical remark or two about Kim's appearance. I do believe that her arms appear a bit more muscular than usual and when viewed from a certain point, her facial features don't seem so feminine. No offense, but I think you did a better job of rendering Kim in your last pic. Still, I congratulate you on your work. Perhaps if you manage to find a story to work this idea with, you can have Ron make a comment referring to the statement he made about being out of the picture in "Graduation". I have to ask though, why'd you do it with Ron holding Kim bridal style instead having them side by side or having their arms around each other?

I don't know. The original pencil drawing looks good to me. Perhaps it lost something in the translation when I was doing the hard lines and color. As for Kim's arms, well, as I've said, I've always preferred the more "high-end" animation style of Kim (seen in eps. like "So the Drama", "Triple S" and "Stop Team Go") where Kim has a slightly thinner face and fuller body type than what you usually see her as. That's just my preference.
As for why Ron's holding Kim the way he is, there's no particular reason why. That was just the image I've had in my head this whole time. Simple as that.
