Hello all. I know it's been a while since anyone's heard from me, but after a couple years of rough setbacks, I've slowly begun getting my life back to relatively normal. Of course, I've still been thrown the odd curve ball or two, which has resulted in me making the decision to begin accepting commissions for my artwork, which I'm hoping will supplement my income for at least a little while. To that end, I began drawing a series of pictures last week, not only to kind of advertise that I'm back, but also to give myself a little taste of the workload that may be required.

This first one comes as a request from , who wanted to see a picture of DCAU Amazo (pre-evolution) with Baby Doll from Batman: The Animated series. I suppose I can see a certain level of attraction here. After all, I remember seeing a series of Youtube analyses on the DCAU and the creator of the videos noted something about Amazo when he was first introduced in the Justice League story, "Tabula Rasa"...when he started out as a blank slate, having thought, but no knowledge, only to become increasingly jaded as the story went on, because "that's the price of wisdom...nobody stays innocent forever". Meanwhile, it's that same school of thought that's the root cause of Baby Doll's arrested development...how she constantly retreats into television and fantasy, not because of her physical state, but to avoid taking responsibility for the decisions she's made in her life.

Anyway, to , I apologize for how long this took (I can't believe it's been almost a year since you requested this) and I hope it was worth the wait. As for everyone else, I hope you enjoy this just as much. And note that I also made a variant of this pic, posted here , so hopefully either one of these is something you'll like. As always, comments are appreciated. And if you ARE, in fact, interested in possibly hiring me for a commission, I'll have prices and rules up very soon. For now, enjoy. ^_^
