The picture overall makes me feel warm (even though it's raining) because of the color pink itself. I think pink is a warm color O_o. The little girl is adorable. I love how you added texture to the suit she's wearing. Even the clouds are adorable. I think the expressions you gave them compliments them, don't rain clouds look a bit sad? There's nothing wrong with the water mark, you're only protecting your work. ^^
