erm... I'm still trying to figure out what a vector is and how it works. So... I guess the best way to explain it is just that I primarily use the brush tool in adobe photoshop elements?
Aren't vectors supposed to be images that maintain the same resolution at any size? Something to do with formulaic data instead of constant.

Yeah sorry. This is what a vector is, and it's not painted like. It's really clean design with the same weight of stroke everywhere.
