You have the tears ending directly where the lines of the muzzle do; Have them extend just slightly past them, especially at the top of the cheeks. That'll give the impression of them 'bubbling', or flowing from the eyes. And don't forget to have them drip from the cheeks, too; They are liquid, after all. And while this is just personal preference, I'd avoid having them be completely straight up blue-colored. What I'd suggest going with is a lighter, slightly gray-tinted shade of whatever they're running over. That gives it a more real liquid quality. Of course, sometimes this is impossible to pull off properly; This technique works best when you can outline the tears, or whatever clear liquid you're working with, in white, rather than a darker tone.
Tear-drawing advice aside, I like the picture. It is interesting, indeed. Well-done.

Ah, and I sort of need a little advice, myself; I've been trying to figure out how to blend traditional and digital art. I've mastered the former, for the most part, but I'm still training with the latter. For instance, how would I, say, add a digital background to a drawing?

Ah, I see. Hm. Hey, are you still working on that comic? I've been taking little steps with mine, refining designs and stuff...But it'll likely end up on hold again because I can't do stuff.
However. I have a plan. A plan that the lazy side of me will never see coming. I won't even have a CHANCE to be lazy and slack off. The plan? I'm just gonna start drawing, and not stop. I know the story, or the story ideas by heart, so all I gotta do is touch the tip of my pencil to the paper and let it flow out and spread like wildfire.
You are gonna read it when I put it up, right? Lately I feel like I don't have much of an audience, not as much of a fanbase. Maybe I need a club, like you?
