I want to watch this Kamen Rider now. What's it about?

In generally all Kamen rider Series are typical "One Super Hero vs. evil organisation" stories but each one of it has its own unique story about a specific (completely random) theme. To give some examples: Time Travel + Trains, School + Space, Detective + Data + Wind (<- the one in this picture)...
I will give you a warning though. If you are not used to this kind of shows (Tokusatsu) you will find it hard disturbing and totally unwatchable. If you do it anyways you will eventually stop questioning obviously ridiculous things, find it extremely funny, cool and heartwarming. And might end up loving it.
Or this is all a side effect of losing your mind...
