Suprised enough?I like this pokemon. But I don't get it. Mushroom... animal.
Don't start with theropod and feathers. Mushrooms don't grow feathers >:V

Here, have my FA comment:
Whole Breloom body is fungus. Apparently this fungus have developed tissues and can move. Moreover it is quite well developed: it's partially a fighting type so it must react and move fast; it has internal skeleton, with muscles. It has neural system with high developed optic organ: eye.
Interesting part would be breeding. Does metagenesis occur? Is Shroomish a larva? etc etc. I won't get deeper into this, my english isn't good enough to describe everything I have in mind.

Try to combine an animal with a fungus and make it look badass while trying to make everything biologically correct. Impossible.
