I like it because you didn't go for a soft skin creature, like the skin of a pig, or human. The way you took on the chameleon, instead. The scales still don't convince me completely, but they are much better than I've seen you do before.
As always, the lighting details you take your time to add there in the end and throughout the whole process really make this well polished. Very nice indeed.

I do need the money. I purchased a 3DS because of the new pokemon games coming out, and re-purchased a DS because my old ones had broken about 4 years ago haha. Besides those unnecessary things, I do have necessities like school, internet, etc. Haha Internet is a necessity in my eyes, since I need it for shcool AND work. Vicious circle, really.
Since I have paypal now, I guess I could take commissions myself, but I HATE due dates, and I hate drawing for money. I've done it before with a couple portraits. It is NOT fun to work like that. It makes me dislike one of the few things I enjoy in life

Yes, indeed. I like the original design, the more Metroid looking one. The XL looks like an old lady's coin purse, or a woman's powder mirror. Fuck that. I don't care about the loss of battery. There are usually wall sockets where I hang out : p
And of course, we WILL battle muahahahaha c: I'm not TOO competitive, btw. I know about game mechanics, and a little bit about tiers, but really I'm not completely into that. I like playing with favorites, and sometimes uber battles are fun hahahaha but fair games, always.
Oh, and I'm excited about maybe getting to do some stuff with drawing on the 3DS but who knows how that will go haha!
I take months to work on portraits. It's not even about the methods I use, it's about how fucking obsessive I can be about minor things. Sometimes I'll miss things even then, and I get pissed off when I've already given it to the person that requested it. Damn it all!!!

I also prefer the classic 3DS apparence - it's just beautiful ☆o☆. XL looks like... Ipod or something - i dont liek. Also the size of XL - TOO BIG (I have DSi XL - this thing is a MONSTER, hard to carry it or use Dx). And I heard the brightness of its screen is lower (on 3DS is already bad in sun lit room)
However XL have its +

- longer battery life (as I draw on my 3DS... I NEED LONG BATTERY LIFE - don't have wall sockets often here, and even if... Y DO I HAVE TO CARRY THE CHARGER?)
- bigger touch screen (DO U KNOW HOW MINE 3DS SCREEN IS INACURATE? TRY TO DO LINEARTS ON THIS THING!!ONE)
- comfortable holding
- and less reflections on screens.
In general, in my personal opinion, both are equal (their + and - equalize). But I may get XL someday - for accurate touchscreen and painting/drawing/animating. Someday.

Yes, there are pros and cons haha. But in general, I just left it down to aesthetics. I love the look! Some people say it's ugly, and even I didn't like the look at first that much, but now I just find it beautiful! I want it in my pocket. That's where it is safer from thieves! And yes, you must worry about thieves here indeed! Since I always play with the DS like right in front of my fucking face at night due to my nearsightedness, the size is actually more convenient for me.
A middle ground would be nice. Something with a really sleek design, but matte finish like the original DSi, bigger battery life, a little bit bigger screens, but not this fucken MONSTER3DSXL.
Uber battles are only if you agree to it first. Otherwise, no I wouldn't use them. They're broken as hell and you get no satisfaction for winning with them.
I can't fight in BW/B2W2 :c I had to skip this generation completely because: My two DS's got broken by horrible little children, and I was not compelled to buy it because it looked too similar to DPPt. Those games bored me to death on some aspects, while the Wifi was awesome. I was much more attracted to the new visual style of XY, since I'm a fan of 3D pokemon games, like Colosseum and XD

Before I click, you mean the 2DS? Everyone knows about that XD Ugly peace of toast. But I saw it in a demo, actually looks comfortable, they say it is. And no hinges!! I need one of those for my little sister, she's 7 but not wise enough to take care of something as fragile as a 3DS yet. I will definitely buy it for her later on. First she will get a DSlite I bought on ebay, to break her in, you know? Can't give her something so advanced yet, or she will not respect older games. I am just getting her into gaming!! XD

Awwwwwww you made me blush XD You know, some of her her very first games played were NES, SNES and 64 games on the virtual console! She loved them even though she played Super Mario Galaxy first. That one was too complex for her, but She's actually better at the old Mario than me! XD

This, exactly. A little bit, just a little bit, bigger screens. And obviously, the battery life. I dunno how DSi looks like, but I like DSi XL apparence - it could be done like that on the top, and matte elsewhere.

I consider DPP as the worst of the worst. I have hard time with even starting the game, not to mention beating it. Awful music, GBA graphics with "3D engine", the same exact plot over again, Fire types almost non existent, plain towns and landscapes (except from the snow), badly designed pokemon (like... 5 from the entire generation looks... decent?), a lot of lazy remakes of old pokemon (pre evos, new evolutions instead of new pokemon) etc etc. And it was the one of the major reason I stopped paying attention to pokemon.
But belive me BW are way better IMHO, the plot (okay, still the same core) is awesome, they made a lot of new pokemon (not all are pretty, but the same goes with the 1st gen!), the way how the game works is smooth (minus for lack of touchscreen option, toggle B button and L=A :/) and fucking fantastic music. But I admit it - the graphics - in comparision to IV gen, looks dull and uncolorful, and battle animation (attacks) sucks monkey balls. Despite this, you should know by now, that I consider those games as good as GSC. And GSC is a masterpiece in my mind.
However, BW2 dissapointed me (maybe my expectations were to high after BW). It is still nice but the overal experience wasn't that... exciting as the previous games.

I should seriously be a design adviser at Nintendo 
For instance:
A street-fighter style game using fighting type, and humanoid Pokemon.
Colosseum/XD/Stadium type game where you can enter tournaments on the WiiU. Including, also, a gym leader castle, various Elite 4's from throughout the series, and regular Colosseum for you to battle through. Completely costumizable character model. Tons of options for online play.
We all love seeing pokemon in their habitats. Whether it be in movies, or Pokemon Snap. Well, how about a game where you can take control of any one pokemon at a time, or a group of them when necesary, to be able to see what it's like to live like that Pokemon. Perhaps even get into battles with others in your enviroment. Just imagine, one second running in the grass as a pathetic rattata, then jumping ship onto a pidjey, switching to an Altaria during flight, dyving to get near the water and transfer onto a Mantine. Along the way you encounter a majikarp and are helplessly carried away by the current. you end up washed ashore at a beach ant there it is, a crabby! Switch quikly before you get washed away again! Hahaha. Just my crazy thoughts.
Yeah, gen 4 was shitty. The lack of fire types is just embarrassing. Wtf, if you don't like Ponyta, and didn't chose the fire starter, you were screwed.
The pacing for Pokemon BW2 was great. The pokemon learn attacks much more frequently, with better variety, unlike before. I remember in RGBY, some pokemon don't even learn ANY good fucking moves. everything good was on a TM, and those were limmited as FUCK. That was NOT enjoyable. I'm so glad they did away with that stupid limmit in BW, and it better STAY THAT WAY. It made it SO HARD to choose who to train in gen 2 and 3, and you had to clone poor innocent pokemon just to use a TM more than once. So horrible.
You MUST play those games. At least one of them. They are very different, but mostly what I love about them is the visual style... I think I've shown you videos of them, haven't I??

Personally I would LOVE to get my hands on pokemon snap.Never played the original but I love the idea. Would ply shit of it. Wii U seems to be perfect for that type of game, but because I'll never own the console - I want this on 3DS

I don't mind limited moves, to be honest. Of course, I find it boring to not have any move for a long time, during leveling up. I have mixed feelings about limit-less TM, but I guess technology in pkmn world just got better and the discs (TMs apear as a CD) can be reused now.
What bothers me and what I don't like the most - POISON. It was the charm of being poisoned. U better get some antidotes before heading into a forest. It was a thrill. Nuzlocke? Good luck! No seriously, HP drop was amazing, the pokemon ough to faint from poison. Now it's just another Burn. Without the attack effect.
I'm totlly not happy with this.

They were cruel to be one-time-only. I do have a problem with limmited moves because it makes many pokemon USELESS for a very LONG TIME. Hahaha, the poison not killing you thing is just for the newbies. But it will still kill you in-battle at least

I like the idea of pokemon that weren't created for fight but for "living". Just like in animal kindom, you wont fight bear vs Peacock, but peacock vs a rooster or something. Dunsparce is a perfect example. It's about discovering those pokemon and their behaviour, not to use every inch of the poor creature to fight. That's why I don't mind if a pokemon learn few moves.
I don't like the idea. In '96 everyone was a newbie. And the games were more hardcore than now. Now we get cutetsy stuff, kid-friendly images. Where are whips? Where are horrible experiments? Where are food made from pokemon? Where is "playing the god" and its consequences? The only thing that is still as creepy or mature - some pokedex entries.
I want poison to actually work like a poison. Not a weak burn substitute.
Exuse me, Mean Look, Spider Web etc are pernament. You could free from Bind by using Rapid Spin, other moves, Run Away, Smoke Ball etc.

Hahaha, that makes sense, that some of them weren't meant to battle. However, the whole fucking game is centered on battling. It's the only way to progress. You should be able to progress by entering contests, and gain experience and levels in contests as well. I really liked that about the third gen, it's so sad that it's no longer included in the games. Instead they bring some new gimmic with WTF mechanics.
