New character, yay.
This boy doesn't have much to say on him except he's a demon, like Vixen, but based on water instead of hearts. Which might be weird for a demon, I suppose. I'm enjoying designing "demons" with themes, so be prepared to see more of them in the future! Hope everyone's day goes well!
