Hope you like it! He was so much fun to create for you. I attempted to make him a bit feminine as requested mostly just with his eyes, neck, and overall shape, but tried not to over do it 
A note or two-
*Oversized hoodie's design is all shown in picture (nothing more than those white stripes and such, I added the extra in the middle, because.. mountains? No idea 
I don't have any written rules on gifting, selling, etc. for him - perhaps if you ever sell him try not to sell him too pricey unless you have extra art? Then again, he's yours now, so do what you feel is right.
(Oh! But please do tag me if you draw or get any art of him. I would really love to see it- but no worries if you can't or choose not too)
