Last new character I have planned for right now! Late upload due to me completely scraping the last drawing of him and basically starting completely over But I did it! haha He's a cliche, kinda simple guy, but I still hope you guys like him.

Personality
-Enjoys messing with people, mostly mentally (even just small actions such as making them second guess their actions, to see them in distress)
-Loves creeping people out, in a way that causes the person to feel paranoid, or make them think they're crazy. (Not in an obvious way)
-Enjoys studying people. Sometimes even going out of his way to follow someone, such as in the night, to simply see what they'd do.
-Manipulative and Charming
-Telling lies isn't new for him
-Feels no remorse for his actions, big or small.
-Overconfident
-Unpredictable and Unstable (Hot-tempered, Aggressive, etc.)

Appearance
-Always dressed well. Simple button up with jeans is as casual as he gets with dressing
-Wears his tie around his eyes. (blind)
(Don't know why he does... but its kinda silly to think he comes home, starts to relax (unbutton top button, take jacket off,etc) Takes his tie off, and instead of like a normal person that would throw it to the side, he just slips it on his head) Might show his eyes in a future drawing.
-Styled hair
-Maybe just... A tad too tall.
-Crooked smile
-Sharp features
-Few secrets, not yet shown. (makeup and sleeves/shirts hides lots of things afterall )
